Dispatch and delivery times
Imported items are sourced from overseas retail once your order is confirmed. Typical delivery to Indian addresses is 10–14 working days. Items held in local stock ship within 2 working days.
You will receive tracking as soon as the consignment is handed to the courier.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that a flat ₹99 applies. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duty
All customs duty and import charges are prepaid and already included in the price shown on the product page. You will never be asked for an additional payment on delivery.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes, up to the limit shown at checkout. Availability is confirmed when you enter your PIN code.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address and phone number before confirming. Consignments returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-dispatched at the applicable shipping cost.
