What we collect
Account details you give us — name, email, mobile number and addresses. Order and payment records, though card details are handled by our payment gateway and never stored on our systems. Basic usage data such as pages viewed, used to improve the store.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment gateway, our courier and logistics partners, and our communications providers for order updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Marketing
Marketing emails and messages are opt-in and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an order you placed are sent regardless, because they are part of the service.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. Some records must be retained for statutory periods — tax invoices, for example — and we will tell you when that applies.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure how the store is used. You can block them in your browser, though parts of the store will stop working.
